Job summary

IIBM Institute of Business Management is seeking an experienced Moodle Developer to customize and develop an LMS for Doctorate Level 8 programs. You will customize Moodle for Doctorate Level 8, develop plugins, and create workflows and dashboards for candidates, supervisors, and academic teams.

The role requires independent architecture recommendation, end-to-end LMS development, and integration of third-party systems while ensuring scalable hosting, security, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Customize and configure Moodle for Doctorate / Level 8 programs
• Develop custom Moodle plugins and features as required

• Implement research proposal, synopsis, thesis and document submission workflows
• Create research milestone and progress tracking systems

• Implement assignment, assessment, feedback and grading workflows
• Develop customized reports and academic progress tracking
• Configure role-based access and permissions
• Implement automated email/notification workflows

• Develop custom Moodle plugins and features as required
