Job summary

Swathi Business Solutions in Mumbai is hiring an experienced MongoDB Administrator to manage database infrastructure for an MNC client. The role requires strong hands-on experience with MongoDB admin tasks including replica sets, sharding, indexing, and aggregation.

You will handle backup/recovery, Linux/Unix admin, shell scripting, and monitoring, with familiarity in cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and automation tools. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong MongoDB administration experience across production environments.
• Hands-on knowledge of replica sets, sharding, indexing and aggregation workflows.
• Experience with backup and recovery strategies, monitoring and performance tuning.
