Job summary

YASH Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Module Lead for Manufacturing, Quality & MES Integration in Pune to drive digital transformation across manufacturing operations.

You will lead analysis, solution design, field-level data mapping and automation of inspection certificates, quality reports and traceability via Infor LN and Plex MES integrations. The role requires 7–9 years of experience in manufacturing ERP consulting with strong architecture/functional skills, and hands-on work with Plex MES

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, IT, Manufacturing or a related field.
• 7+ years of Manufacturing ERP consulting experience, including 5+ years with Infor LN solution design and implementation.
• Experience with ERP-MES integration, manufacturing digitalization, quality management, and traceability solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Infor LN Manufacturing, Quality, Inventory, Procurement, Sales, and Lot/Batch Traceability modules.
• Design API-based integration architecture between Infor LN and Plex MES for real-time data synchronization.
• Define field-level data mapping, reporting logic, and automate inspection certificates, calibration reports, and customer compliance reports.
• Design end-to-end digital traceability using QR Code, Lot Number, Batch Number, and Pipe Number to enable paperless manufacturing.

About the Role :

A Module lead with strong techno-functional expertise in Infor LN Manufacturing, Quality, and ERP-MES Integration to lead digital transformation initiatives for manufacturing operations. The role involves driving business process assessment, solution architecture, field-level data mapping, and automation of inspection certificates, quality reports, and traceability processes through seamless integration between Infor LN and Plex MES.

Experience :

7 - 9 Years

Key Responsibilities :

Analyze Infor LN Manufacturing, Quality, Inventory, Procurement, Sales, and Lot/Batch Traceability modules.

• Design API-based integration architecture between Infor LN and Plex MES for real-time data synchronization.
• Define field-level data mapping, reporting logic, and automate inspection certificates, calibration reports, and customer compliance reports.
• Design end-to-end digital traceability using QR Code, Lot Number, Batch Number, and Pipe Number to enable paperless manufacturing.
• Recommend solution ownership between Plex, Infor LN, and middleware while preparing implementation roadmaps and technical documentation.

Technical Skills :

7+ years of Manufacturing ERP consulting with 5+ years of Infor LN Solution Architecture/Functional Consulting.
Proven experience in manufacturing digitalization, quality management, traceability, reporting automation, and ERP-MES integration projects.

Preferred Qualifications :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
7+ years of Manufacturing ERP consulting experience, including 5+ years with Infor LN solution design and implementation.
Proven experience in ERP-MES integration, manufacturing digitalization, quality management, and traceability solutions.
Hands-on experience with Plex MES or similar MES platforms such as Opcenter, Apriso, FactoryTalk, or Ignition.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, compliance reporting, and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
Experience with Power BI, SSRS, REST APIs, SQL, and data integration technologies.
Exposure to industries such as Manufacturing, Automotive, Aerospace, Metals, or Industrial Engineering.
Relevant certifications in Infor LN, ERP Solutions, Business Analysis, Agile, or Project Management are preferred.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
