Job summary

YASH Technologies in India seeks an Ataccama MDM Module Lead / Sr. Developer to build, configure, and maintain Ataccama MDM solutions that power unified master data across the enterprise.

You will be responsible for hands‑on development within the Ataccama platform, including data modeling, API integrations, and custom workflows. Key responsibilities include developing Ataccama data models, custom match/ survivorship logic, and REST API integrations.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands‑on Ataccama MDM development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Ataccama core concepts: entities, relationships, match & merge, survivorship, hierarchies, and data models.
• Proficiency in REST APIs, JSON, and integration development.
• Experience with Ataccama Integration Hub (RIH), Ataccama Console, and Ataccama workflow/business rules engine.
• Scripting experience in JavaScript, or Python for custom Ataccama logic.
• Familiarity with at least one ETL/integration platform (GCP, Informatica, or Kafka etc.,)
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational/NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of data governance, data quality, and master data management principles.
• Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure Ataccama data models, including entity types, attributes, relationships, and reference data.
• Build and customize match & merge rules, survivorship rules, and validation logic to ensure high‑quality master data.
• Hands‑on in developing integrations using Ataccama REST APIs, Ataccama Integration Hub, and event‑driven mechanisms (e.g., Ataccama Connect, Kafka).
• Write and maintain custom scripts (e.g., JavaScript) for Ataccama workflows, business rules, and data transformations.
• Build and support batch and real‑time data loads into Ataccama using ETL/integration tools (Informatica or similar).
• Develop and maintain Ataccama workflows (RIH pipelines, match rules, survivorship configs) and troubleshoot data quality issues.
• Collaborate with data architects and business analysts to translate data requirements into technical Ataccama configurations.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of Ataccama integrations and configurations.
• Support data migration activities, including data mapping, profiling, and cleansing prior to load.
• Maintain technical documentation for data models, integrations, and custom development work.
• Provide L2/L3 production support for Ataccama‑related issues, including root cause analysis and resolution.

• Familiarity with data privacy/compliance requirements (GDPR, HIPAA) as they relate to MDM.
