Job summary

Keyloop is seeking a Microsoft Modern Workplace Engineer to design, implement, and support end-user computing environments and modern workplace solutions. The role focuses on optimizing Microsoft 365, Entra, and Intune to boost user experience, security, and productivity.

You'll monitor performance, deploy services across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and ensure secure device management with Intune, AD, and Entra ID, while mentoring the IT Service Team and contributing to

• Minimum 5 years in IT support or engineering.
• Minimum 2 years managing Intune and Entra ID.
• Strong knowledge of M365 suite.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, Conditional Access.
• Strong scripting and automation skills.

Responsibilities

Role overview

The Microsoft Modern Workplace Engineer will be responsible for the design, implementation, and escalation support of Keyloop's end-user computing environments and modern workplace solutions. This role will focus on optimizing Microsoft 365 services, Entra and Intune to enhance user experience, security, and productivity.

Roles & responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize the performance and security of end-user devices, M365 services, Intune, and Active Directory.
• Develop and maintain documentation for end-user computing and modern workspace environments.
• Implement and manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and other M365 applications.
• Utilize Intune for device management, ensuring compliance with security policies and seamless integration with other IT services.
• Manage the deployment infrastructure, configuration management, and maintenance process of Windows and MacOS systems and applications.
• Strong knowledge of Entra Enterprise Applications, Application Registrations and best practice for securing Identity in Entra ID and Active Directory.
• Contribute to the IT Engineering roadmap, and plan and deliver IT projects.
• Collaborate with IT Service team to ensure a seamless user experience across all platforms. Develop and maintain documentation for Windows and MacOS system standards, procedures, and configurations.
• Design, deploy, and manage end-user computing environments, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and virtual desktops.
• Provide escalation support for IT Service team for end-user devices, M365 services, Active Directory, and Intune.
• Mentoring and technical development of the IT Service Team.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in end-user computing, modern workspace, and identity management.

Experience and skillsets required

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a IT support or engineering role.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience managing Intune and Entra ID.
• Strong knowledge of M365 application suite.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, Conditional Access.
• Deep understanding of security concepts in the End User Compute and M365 space.
• Proven skills with scripting and automation using PowerShell and other scripting languages.
• Strong knowledge of using Intune to manage Windows 11 and MacOS including enrollment, administration, and configuration.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
