Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking a Mobilization Specialist in India to drive end-to-end mobilization and transition activities, establishing governance and integrated plans to ensure a smooth handover to steady-state operations.

The role requires 7–11 years of experience, graduation in any field, and strong PMO governance and Agile/Scaled Agile capabilities. You will coordinate across stakeholders to ensure readiness and successful go-live, with opportunities for leadership and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end mobilization and transition activities from initiation through go-live and stabilization.
• Develop and maintain integrated transition plans covering milestones, deliverables, dependencies and critical activities.
• Establish and manage PMO governance, including status reporting, RAID management and action tracking.
• Coordinate across business, operations and enabling teams to drive readiness.
• Identify, assess and manage risks, issues and dependencies, ensuring timely mitigation.
• Track transition deliverables and readiness criteria to support go-live decisions.
• Facilitate governance meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Drive timely resolution of issues and ensure actions are completed.
• Support knowledge transfer, operational readiness, go-live and stabilization activities.
• Manage multiple priorities and make decisions within the area of responsibility.
• Identify opportunities to improve mobilization, transition and PMO processes.
• Ensure structured handover to steady-state operations.

What would you do?

• Mobilization enables structured transition of services into delivery operations. The offering brings together transition planning, PMO governance, resource and operational readiness, knowledge transfer, risk management, go-live readiness and stabilization to ensure a controlled transition and effective handover to steady-state operations
• Manage end-to-end mobilization and transition activities from planning through go-live and stabilization. Establish governance, integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and reporting mechanisms. Coordinate across stakeholders to drive resource, process, technology and operational readiness while ensuring timely completion of transition deliverables
• Establish and operate PMO processes within an engagement environment
• Apply traditional, Agile or Scaled Agile practices to support programs, projects or portfolios
• Develop and manage integrated plans, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies

• Manage multiple priorities independently and make appropriate decisions within the area of responsibility
