Job summary

FundsIndia is seeking a mobile developer to lead Flutter feature development and architect complex solutions. You will implement advanced state management, custom animations, and native platform integrations to deliver rich user experiences.

You will steer design-to-release cycles, ensure performance and stability, and maintain high code quality with unit tests and documentation while mentoring junior engineers.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of Flutter/mobile development experience.
• Strong understanding of Flutter architecture patterns.
• Experience with advanced state management (BLoC, Riverpod).
• Track record of shipping high-quality mobile features.

Responsibilities

• Lead mobile feature development from design through release.
• Architect complex Flutter solutions with clean separation of concerns.
• Implement custom animations, transitions, and native platform integrations.
• Own app performance, crash rates, and release quality.
• Maintain high standards of code quality, unit testing, and documentation.
• Use a product-thinking mindset to solve business and technical problems.
• Monitor systems, debug production issues, and ensure uptime of critical services.
• Work closely with product, frontend, and data teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Take ownership of features from design to deployment.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive code quality standards.
• Exposure to AI coding assistant tools like Claude Code.
