Job summary

Qentelli LLC is seeking an experienced Mobile Automation Test Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for Android and iOS apps using Appium. You will work across native, hybrid, and mobile web apps, building robust frameworks in Java/Python/JS and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.

You will validate on real devices and emulators, report defects via Jira, and collaborate with developers, QA, BAs, and DevOps throughout the SDLC.

Qualifications

• Experience with Appium mobile automation.

• Experience with Selenium WebDriver and mobile automation frameworks.

• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software testing lifecycle.

Responsibilities

The candidate should have experience testing Android and iOS applications, developing and maintaining automated test scripts, and integrating automation suites into CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for Android and iOS mobile applications using Appium.
• Perform functional, regression, smoke, integration, and end-to-end mobile application testing.
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Work with real devices, emulators, and simulators to validate mobile application functionality.
• Identify, report, track, and troubleshoot defects using tools such as Jira.
