• Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable mobile applications using Flutter and native Android/iOS.
• Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and production-ready code.
• Take ownership of features from technical understanding and implementation through testing and deployment.
• Convert functional and technical requirements into robust mobile application solutions.
• Develop reusable components, libraries, and modules to improve development efficiency.
• Participate actively in technical design and implementation discussions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex development and production issues.
• Develop production-grade applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Strong understanding of Flutter architecture, widgets, rendering, navigation, state management, asynchronous programming, and application lifecycle.
• Implement responsive and performant user interfaces across Android and iOS.
• Follow appropriate architectural patterns and maintain a clean separation between UI, business logic, and data layers.
• Work with appropriate state management approaches based on application requirements.
• Optimize Flutter applications for startup time, memory usage, rendering performance, and overall responsiveness.
• Understand Flutter's interaction with native Android and iOS components when required.
