We are seeking a talented and motivated React Native Mobile Developer to join our dynamic development team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications that align with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance mobile applications using React Native.
2. Implement mobile-first UI designs, ensuring responsive, intuitive, and seamless user experiences across multiple devices.
3. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
4. Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to best practices in mobile development.
5. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with a strong focus on performance optimization.
6. Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing to ensure code quality and reliability.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and frameworks to continuously improve the development process.

What We’re Looking For:

1. 5+ years of professional software development experience.
2. 3+ years of experience building apps with React Native (real-world production apps).
3. Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.
4. Familiarity with native development (Android/iOS) and native module bridging.
5. Solid understanding of state management libraries like Redux, Zustand, or Recoil.
6. Strong debugging and performance tuning skills.
7. Experience working in CI/CD environments and with modern development tools (e.g., Fastlane, Detox, Expo, etc.).
8. Bonus: Experience with app store deployment, push notifications, analytics, crash reporting, and OTA updates (CodePush / Expo Updates).
9. Bonus: Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
