Job summary

Secure Parking is seeking a skilled Mobile App Developer to build and maintain high-performance Android apps using React Native and native modules. You will work on architecture and performance enhancements while delivering cross-platform solutions for Android-first use cases.

The role emphasizes hands-on development with opportunities to optimize apps, integrate APIs, and contribute to the deployment process to Play Store and, optionally, App Store.

Responsibilities

• Develop cross-platform mobile apps using React Native (Android first, iOS optional)
• Implement native Android modules in Java/Kotlin when platform-specific functionality is needed
• Work with Android SDK, Jetpack components, background services, and local storage
• Integrate REST APIs, Firebase, push notifications, and third-party SDKs
• Build custom UI components and animations
• Optimize performance for both hybrid and native modules
• Maintain codebase via Git, participate in code reviews and Agile sprint cycles
• Manage app deployment to the Play Store (and optionally App Store)
