Job summary

Tech Biz Solution in Jodhpur is seeking an Android Developer to design, build, and maintain high-performance Android apps using Java/Kotlin, Android Studio, and Gradle.

You will integrate RESTful APIs, Firebase analytics, and AI-assisted coding tools, collaborate with UI/UX and backend teams, and publish apps to Google Play.

Responsibilities

• Debug crashes and performance issues using Android Studio tools.
• Work with the backend team to align on API contracts and data flow.
• Push updates, test builds, and prepare releases for the Play Store.
• Attend stand-ups/code reviews and collaborate with QA to fix reported issues.

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Android Developer to design, build, and maintain high-performance Android applications. The ideal candidate has strong command over Java/Kotlin, a passion for clean, efficient mobile app development, and comfort using AI-assisted development tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Android applications using Java/Kotlin
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product teams
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code — using AI coding assistants to speed up development where useful
• Integrate APIs, third-party libraries, and SDKs
• Identify and fix bugs, and optimize app performance
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Participate in code reviews and follow best coding practices
• Publish and maintain apps on the Google Play Store

Technical Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Java and/or Kotlin
• Experience with Android Studio, Android SDK, and Gradle
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party library integration
• Familiarity with MVVM/MVC architecture
• Experience with Firebase (push notifications, analytics, crashlytics)
• Understanding of Git/version control
• Knowledge of Google Play Store publishing process
• Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar) is a plus
• Basic understanding of integrating AI/ML features (e.g., ML Kit, TensorFlow Lite) is a plus
• Advantage: Knowledge of Dart/Flutter for cross-platform development
