Job summary

Staffing Services is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to develop and maintain roadmaps aligned with healthcare strategy, compliance needs, and business objectives. You will design end-to-end healthcare technology solutions integrating clinical, financial, and administrative systems.

Collaborate with product, infrastructure, clinical, data, and cybersecurity teams to ensure cohesive and scalable systems, enforce interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, CCD, CDA), and guide governance,

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture roadmaps aligned with healthcare strategy, compliance needs, and business objectives.
• Design end-to-end healthcare technology solutions that integrate clinical, financial, and administrative systems.
• Work with architects and teams to deliver a single solution across our customers.
• Ensure interoperability and data exchange standards (HL7, FHIR, CCD, CDA).
• Collaborate with product, infrastructure, clinical, data, and cybersecurity teams to ensure cohesive systems.
• Evaluate new technologies and vendors for alignment with enterprise architecture best practices.
• Lead architecture reviews and provide guidance on solution design, data governance and integration.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations including HIPAA, HITECH, FDA and CMS mandates.
• Document and communicate architecture standards, policies and governance processes.
• Present and defend the solution architecture to senior customer leaders for key proposals.
