Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Bengaluru is seeking an MLOps Developer to drive end-to-end ML lifecycle orchestration, CI/CD pipelines, and productionalization of models. You will work with data scientists and platform teams to deploy scalable ML workloads using Docker/Kubernetes and cloud services.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of hands-on MLOps experience, strong communication, and a degree in engineering or equal technical discipline. This role is based at TCS Data & Analytics in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in ML/AI DevOps or MLOps roles.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end ML lifecycle from data prep to deployment and monitoring.
• Experience designing and implementing ML CI/CD pipelines and reproducible builds.
• Hands-on with containerization/orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes) and ML tooling.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and managed ML services.

Responsibilities

• Own MLOps pipelines from data prep through model deployment and monitoring.
• Design and maintain CI/CD/CT pipelines for ML workflows, with testing and rollback.
• Ensure observability: model health, data drift, feature/target checks, alerts.
• Collaborate with data scientists and platform teams to productionize models.
• Leverage cloud services (GKE, BigQuery, Vertex AI) for scalable ML workloads.

Job description

• Strong knowledge of MLOps principles and the end-toend ML lifecycle: data preparation → training → validation → deployment/serving → monitorin

g/refresh pipelines.

• Design and implement CI/CD (and CT/continuous training) pipelines for ML workflows,

including testing, promotion, rollback, and reproducible builds.

• Handson with containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker/Kubernetes) and ML pipeline tooli

ng such as MLflow/Kubeflow (or equivalent).

• Monitoring & observability for ML systems: service + data + model health tracking, drift

checks (feature/target/concept), alerts/triggers, and root-cause analysis.

• Cloud platform experience (AWS/Azure/GCP) to deploy and run ML workloads using m

anaged services and cloudnative components (e.g., GKE, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Vertex AI capabilities).

• Security, governance, and access controls: authentication/authorization, encryption,

policy/guardrails, and compliance-focused logging/traceability for production ML.

• Crossfunctional collaboration with data scientists, engineers, and platform teams to productioni

ze models following best practices for repeatability, standardization, and operational effici

• Experience Range: 4 to 10 years
• Qualifications: Any Technical Degree(BE/B,Tech/M.tech/MCA/BCA/BSC/Diploma/Masters)
