Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer / MLOps Engineer to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ML operations, scalable infrastructure design, and hands-on expertise in deploying production-ready machine learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and manage data pipelines and ML engineering infrastructure to support enterprise-scale ML systems.
Convert offline models built by Data Scientists into production-grade ML systems.
Develop and deploy scalable tools and services for ML training and inference.
Ensure auditability, versioning, and data security in model development.
Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
Apply CI/CD, automation, and software engineering best practices to ML workflows.
Identify and implement new technologies for performance, maintainability, and reliability improvements.
Work with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured datasets.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
5+ years of experience in MLOps / ML Engineer roles.
Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, automation, and DevOps practices for ML.
Hands-on experience with ML techniques: Decision Trees, Random Forest, Boosting, Neural Networks, Deep Learning, SVM, Clustering, Bayesian Networks, Reinforcement Learning, Feature Reduction.
Strong knowledge of data pipelines, model deployment, and monitoring frameworks.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and client-facing skills.
