Job summary

Bct Consulting in Bengaluru seeks an ML Engineer to develop and deploy GenAI and LLM-based AI solutions. The role focuses on building RAG pipelines, chatbots, NLP tools, and seamless LLM integration. Immediate joiners preferred with 2.5+ years' hands-on ML/AI experience.

You will work on Python-based model development, deployment, and collaboration with product teams to ship scalable AI systems in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLMs.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience with RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings and vector databases.
• Knowledge of LangChain / LlamaIndex / Hugging Face.
• Exposure to multiple LLMs (GPT, Llama, Mistral, Gemini, Claude).
• Good understanding of NLP, Transformers, APIs and model deployment.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and MLOps is a plus.
