Job summary

Kandhari Beverages is seeking a Data Reporting Analyst to prepare MIS reports across sales, supply chain, inventory and business performance. You will collect and consolidate data from multiple departments and maintain Excel-based reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities include monitoring KPIs and trends, coordinating with Sales, Supply Chain and Finance to ensure timely reporting, identifying data discrepancies, preparing management presentations, and automating routine reports to improve

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to sales, supply chain, inventory, dispatch, and business performance.
• Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze data from different departments.
• Maintain and update Excel-based reports, dashboards, and performance trackers.
• Monitor sales targets, achievements, stock movement, dispatches, and other key business KPIs.
• Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with relevant departments for corrections.
• Prepare management reports and presentations as required.
• Track primary and secondary sales data, distributor performance, and sales trends, wherever applicable.
• Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Automate routine reports and improve reporting processes to enhance efficiency.
