Key Responsibilities:

• Manage gold loan processing, valuation coordination, and disbursement.
• Verify KYC, customer details, and loan documents.
• Maintain records of pledged gold, loan files, and system entries.
• Handle customer queries, renewals, part-payments, and closures.
• Ensure proper storage, security, and daily checking of gold packets.
• Prepare daily MIS reports and support audits.
• Coordinate with branch staff and operations team for compliance and smooth workflow.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 14 years of experience in gold loan operations (preferred).
• Knowledge of KYC norms, gold loan processes, and branch operations.
