The role requires strong Excel skills, data mining capability and the ability to communicate complex solutions in simple terms. Rotational shifts are possible depending on operations.

Position Statement / Purpose:

This role is responsible for anal zing & preparing the data and its quality that will be shared with the client. He needs to review the data for correctness in terms of information (uptime & downtime of the application considering the availability of the application for an end user that is provided to the client.
