Responsibilities

• Oversee daily reconciliation of cash, positions, and transactions across custodians and prime brokers.
• Resolve breaks in trades, settlements, and valuations with counterparties.
• Oversee corporate actions, margin calls, and collateral management.
• Collaborate with technology teams to enhance STP and reconciliation tools.
• Develop KPIs and MIS dashboards for break analysis and risk monitoring.

Role Summary:

The Middle Office SME will lead oversight of trade capture, position management and lifecycle processing for alternative and traditional investments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily reconciliation of cash, positions, and transactions across custodians, prime brokers, and administrators.
• Resolve breaks in trades, settlements, and valuations in coordination with counterparties.
• Provide oversight of corporate actions, margin calls, and collateral management.
• Partner with technology teams to enhance STP (straight-through processing) and reconciliation tools.
• Develop KPIs and MIS dashboards for break analysis and operational risk.

Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years in middle office within asset management.
• Knowledge of derivatives, private market transactions, and structured products.
• Familiarity with systems like Aladdin, Geneva, Wall Street Office, TLM, or equivalent.
