AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Product Designer in India to design interaction and visual solutions for complex, multi-step product workflows.

The role requires collaboration with product managers and engineers to deliver engineering-ready designs and specifications. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of product UX design experience, a strong Figma skillset, and a portfolio with shipped product work, including complex workflows and interactive prototypes.

We are looking for a Product Designer to design interaction and visual solutions for complex, multi-step product workflows, working closely with product managers and engineers.

The mandatory requirements are 3-5 years of product UX design experience, strong Figma skills, a portfolio with shipped product work, and experience designing complex workflows and interactive prototypes.

MUST HAVES

• Approximately 3-5 years of product UX design experience.
• A portfolio demonstrating shipped, engineering-implemented product work.
• Strong interaction and visual design skills across complex, multi-step workflows.
• Proven ability to translate defined business and user requirements into scalable, reusable product solutions.
• Experience creating lightweight interactive prototypes to communicate and validate interactions.
• Proficiency in Figma, including producing engineering-ready designs and specifications.
• Solid understanding of accessibility, responsive design, edge cases, and error states.
• Experience partnering closely with product managers and engineers through implementation.
• Ability to collaborate across time zones with stakeholders in the United States and product development teams in Tokyo and Hyderabad.

NICE TO HAVES

• Experience working with and extending established design systems.
• Experience designing forms, questionnaires, screening tools, or structured workflows.
• Experience with white-label, multi-brand, or configurable products.
• Experience designing products that serve both administrators or employers and end users.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted prototyping tools.
