Job summary

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

Full-Stack Development

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications.
• Build reusable, modular, and maintainable code.
• Participate in the complete software development lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Ensure application security, reliability, and scalability.

Frontend Development

• Develop responsive user interfaces using React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Implement state management using Redux, Context API, or Zustand.
• Optimize frontend performance through lazy loading and code splitting.
• Develop backend services using Node.js, Python, Java, .NET, or NestJS.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs (GraphQL knowledge is an added advantage).
• Implement authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth2, and RBAC.
• Work with asynchronous processing and caching mechanisms such as Redis.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services.

Database Management

• Design and manage relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
• Work with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
• Write optimized SQL queries and implement indexing strategies.
• Manage database migrations and version control.
• Understand connection pooling concepts and basic performance optimization.

DevOps & Cloud

• Deploy applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Work with Docker for containerization.
• Support CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
• Basic knowledge of Kubernetes is an advantage.
• Work closely with Product, QA, UI/UX, and DevOps teams.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Perform code reviews and follow coding best practices.
• Contribute to technical discussions and solution design.

Required Skills

Technical Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in Full-Stack Development.
• Experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Backend development experience using Node.js, Python, Java, .NET, or NestJS.
• Good understanding of REST APIs and API integrations.
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
• Knowledge of Git version control.
• Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.

• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Preferred Qualifications
