Job summary

Labcorp in Bengaluru, Karnataka is hiring a Data Entry Associate I to join our Kit Inventory Center Operations. The role is full-time, on-site, with a mid-level experience level and a Bachelor's in Science. A Master’s in Science and 6 months of clinical research experience are preferred.

Responsibilities include managing the KMS system, processing work orders, and assisting investigator sites. We emphasize accuracy, timely communication, and adherence to SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science is required.
• Master’s Degree in Science is preferred.
• 6 months experience in Clinical Research Industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain Kit Material Supply (KMS) system at project level per SOW or at site level as needed.
• Enter work orders into the database after reviewing project-specific limitations.
• Adjust inventory of collection kits as reported by sites or due to project modifications.
• Troubleshoot, resolve and inform PM of complex kit supply issues.
• Assist Investigator sites with resupply of collection kits and materials.
• Review and research incoming orders from Investigator Support Team.
• Adjust or customize the KMS system to meet investigator site needs.
• Assist TA with complex baggie kit instructions and other database issues.
• Adhere to management communications, SOPs and WI in a timely manner.
• Document all service failures, resolve, and escalate when resolution is incomplete.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Job Responsibilities

Essential Job Duties: Performs main functions of Kit Inventory Center as needed, which includes but not limited to:

• Define and maintain the Kit Material Supply (KMS) system at project level according to Statement of Work (SOW) and/or at site level as necessary;
• Enter the work orders into the database, after reviewing any project specific limitations or requirements;
• Adjust inventory of collection kits as reported by sites or due to project modifications;
• Troubleshoot, resolve and inform Project Manager (PM) of any complex kit supply issues;
• Assists Investigator sites with researching resupply of collection kits and materials;
• Review and research incoming orders from Investigator Support Team;
• Adjust or customize the KMS system as needed to meet the needs of the investigator sites;
• Assisting Technical Administrator (TA) with complex baggie kit instructions and other database issues.
• Effective and timely adherence to management communications, meetings, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI).
• Document all service failures, resolve, and elevate to management when appropriate resolution is incomplete.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Science

Preferred Qualifications

6 months experience in Clinical research industry.

Master's Degree in Science.
