Job summary

Xencia Technology Solutions in Bengaluru is seeking Microsoft Purview L1 Analysts to support day-to-day monitoring, triage, ticket handling, and reporting for Purview compliance and data protection operations. The role focuses on DLP alert monitoring, label support, and basic privacy incident escalation.

The candidate should have a basic understanding of Microsoft 365 workloads and be aware of Information Protection, Audit and DPDP Act concepts relevant to personal data handling in India.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 workloads (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams).
• Awareness of Microsoft Purview DLP, Information Protection, Audit and DPDP Act concepts in India.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Purview DLP alerts and triage tickets.
• Collect evidence and prepare reports for audits and compliance.
• Escalate privacy or data leakage incidents to L2/L3 teams as needed.
• Handle user queries related to Purview privacy controls.
