AI Business Solutions – Dynamics F&SCM Technical Senior Manager
We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM) Manager to lead large-scale ERP transformation programs and define enterprise-wide technical strategy. This role combines solution architecture, technical leadership, and people management, with accountability for defining scalable F&SCM architectures, driving enterprise delivery governance, and building and scaling high‑performing technical organizations.
The Opportunity
Lead large‑scale ERP transformation programs and define enterprise‑wide technical strategy for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Define and govern enterprise‑level technical architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM solutions.
- Serve as the enterprise technical authority, providing architectural direction across Finance, Trade & Logistics, and Commerce domains.
- Oversee the full ERP lifecycle across multiple programs, including design, development, integration, testing, and deployment.
- Govern technical design standards, integration patterns, and architecture frameworks aligned with best practices.
- Define and drive data migration, integration, and Azure‑based solution strategies.
- Establish and manage environment strategy, ALM, DevOps processes, and release governance.
- Drive performance optimization, scalability, and reliability across D365 environments.
- Build, mentor, and scale technical teams while ensuring delivery quality and innovation.
- Lead portfolio‑level planning covering resources, timelines, and technical risk management.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, influencing solution direction and key decisions.
- Responsible for decision‑making, optimizing processes, resource management, and overseeing team management as needed for task execution.
- Allocate personnel, supervise team members, assign tasks, and ensure that the team has the necessary tools and support to succeed in their roles.
Skills And Attributes For Success
- Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 F&SCM and AX 2012 with proven architecture experience.
- Ability to define enterprise architecture strategy and lead large‑scale transformation programs.
- Proficiency in X++, C#, .NET, SSRS, and BI with focus on scalable, high‑performance solutions.
- Deep experience in integrations, data migration, and Azure‑based architectures.
- Strong understanding of ERP security, performance optimization, and design best practices.
- Experience leading global programs with distributed teams and multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Strong planning, prioritization, and decision‑making capabilities at a portfolio level.
- Executive‑level communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven leadership in building and scaling high‑performing teams.
- Strategic mindset with focus on business outcomes and long‑term technology vision.
Ideally, you’ll also
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate).
- Experience working within Microsoft LCS framework.
- Exposure to industry‑specific ERP processes and best practices.
- Experience leading multiple end‑to‑end D365 F&SCM implementations concurrently.
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 F&SCM and/or MS SQL.
- Experience in defining enterprise architecture governance models.
What We Look For
- 12+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM and AX 2012 technical design and development.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven track record of delivering multiple end‑to‑end D365 F&SCM implementations (minimum 7 preferred).
- Experience managing and mentoring development teams while remaining technically hands‑on as required.
- Strong understanding of ERP architecture, integrations, data migration, and ALM practices.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Management (B.E / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc / MBA).
- Strong English communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams and clients.
