Qualifications

• Strong experience in building mobile responsive email templates using clean HTML and CSS, compatible with all major email clients.
• Good understanding of limitations in email coding and use of fallback techniques.
• Knowledge of best practice in eCRM design, including Dark Mode considerations.
• Good working knowledge of HTML editors like Adobe Dreamweaver or Sublime Text.
• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Marketing Automation.
• Knowledge of personalisation features and dynamic content in Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience managing data hygiene and audience management in line with compliance.
• Ability to train others familiar with other platforms but new to Microsoft Dynamics.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality focus.
• Ability to work across multiple projects and stay organised.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client needs.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver email campaigns in Microsoft Dynamics on time.
• Create and maintain customer journeys across digital channels.
• Manage segmentation and data tasks including mapping and reporting.
• Conduct end-to-end testing of marketing campaigns.
• Monitor live activity and report findings.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
• Share learnings and help resolve technical challenges.
• Support new capabilities and team member training.
• Carry out quality checks to ensure delivery standards.
• Assist with process documentation as a secondary SME.
• Support workflow improvements.

What I need to know

• Experience of Oracle Eloqua would be advantageous
• Ability to train and support others who are skilled in other platforms but new to Microsoft Dynamics

• Good communication skills in written and verbal form
• Ability to work across multiple projects, stay organised and meet deadlines
• Flexibility to adapt to changes in priorities and client needs

Main Duties And Responsibilities

• Build and deliver email campaigns in Microsoft Dynamics within agreed timelines, ensuring correct rendering and content
• Create and maintain customer journeys across email and other digital channels
• Manage segmentation and data tasks including mapping, targeting and reporting
• Complete end to end testing of marketing campaigns to ensure correct set up before launch
• Monitor live activity and performance, report findings and help resolve any issues
• Work closely with teammates and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of campaigns
• Help solve technical challenges and share learnings with the wider team
• Support pilot services and help shape new capabilities
• Take an active role in Migration, onboarding and training team members who are learning Microsoft Dynamics
• Carry out regular quality checks to ensure strong delivery standards
• Act as a secondary Subject Matter Expert by assisting with process documentation and guidance
• Support improvements in workflow and keep good working practices in place

Working Hours

• Availability to work aligned to UK business hours, ensuring suitable overlap with the UK team and clients
