About the Opportunity

We are recruiting an on‑site Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant to join a delivery‑focused implementation team. This role suits a hands‑on engineer who builds and customises Dynamics 365/Dataverse solutions, develops plugins and client scripts, and implements integrations to support enterprise CRM rollouts and optimisations.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Design and implement end‑to‑end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions—custom entities, forms, views, business rules, and solution packaging for delivery.
  • Develop and maintain server‑side plugins, custom workflow activities, and client‑side JavaScript to extend platform functionality, ensuring reliable, testable code.
  • Build and manage integrations using Dynamics 365 Web API, Azure services, and middleware; implement authentication, data mapping and error‑handling patterns.
  • Lead data migration and transformation tasks using Dataverse tools, SSIS or scripts; validate data integrity and support cutover activities for go‑live.
  • Create technical design documents, unit tests, deployment runbooks and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps) to enable repeatable, low‑risk releases.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants, QA and business stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, support UAT and deliver production support and performance tuning.
Skills & Qualifications
Must‑Have
  • Proven experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (online) for Sales / Service modules.
  • Hands‑on development with Microsoft Dataverse and custom entity modelling.
  • Strong programming skills in C# for plugin and custom workflow development.
  • Proficient in JavaScript for form scripting, ribbon/command customisations and client‑side logic.
  • Experience building Power Platform automations using Power Automate and integrating Power Apps components.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps for source control, build/release pipelines and ALM for Dynamics solutions.
Preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Apps Portals and portal customisations.
  • Knowledge of SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) or ETL tooling for migrations.
  • Familiarity with Azure Functions or serverless patterns for complex integrations.
