Job summary

Crowe is seeking a technically strong Dynamics 365 F&O Engineer with 8+ years of hands-on experience to lead and mentor a delivery team in India. You will troubleshoot, design, and implement enhancements across the D365 F&O stack while collaborating with global teams.

You will engage in cross-functional contributions, deployment planning, and automation initiatives, requiring strong problem-solving and communication skills. Expect shifts between 2:30 PM and 5:30 AM.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 F&O (AX/F&O) technical development and support.
• Strong experience identifying and resolving performance, functional, and integration issues across the F&O stack.
• Solid proficiency in X++ development, OOP principles, performance optimization, and scalable design.
• Experience with source control and CI/CD pipelines (Git, Azure DevOps).
• Excellent English communication skills interfacing with global stakeholders.
• Ability to operate with moderate supervision and take ownership of assigned tasks.

We are looking for a technically strong and motivated Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Engineer who brings hands‑on expertise and a willingness to broaden into adjacent Microsoft technologies such as Power Platform and Azure. This role is ideal for professionals with 5+ years of experience who are ready to step into a manager‑level capacity -driving technical support, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to solution delivery while remaining deeply involved in hands‑on work.

As part of our India‑based delivery team, you will collaborate closely with global teams to deliver high‑quality support and enhancements across enterprise‑scale Dynamics implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Focus - Dynamics 365 F&O Development & Support

• Provide strong, hands‑on support in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within D365 F&O environments.
• Contribute to technical design sessions, code development, peer reviews, and deployment planning.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve system defects and data inconsistencies to ensure system stability.
• Support monitoring of system performance and proactively help maintain optimal system health.

Cross‑Functional Technical Contributions

• Implement minor‑to‑medium complexity enhancements, bug fixes, and integrations.

• Utilize telemetry, monitoring tools, and analytical insights to troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and improve reliability.

Operational Excellence & Documentation

• Own incident resolution workflows, ensuring accurate documentation and timely stakeholder updates.
• Contribute to internal knowledge assets such as SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and operational runbooks.
• Support automation initiatives for deployments, environment refreshes, and operational tasks using DevOps practices .

• Strong experience identifying and resolving performance, functional, and integration issues across the F&O stack (SQL DB, AOS, services, SSRS reports).
• Solid proficiency in X++ development , OOP principles, performance optimization, and scalable design.
• Experience with source control and CI/CD pipelines (Git, Azure DevOps).
• Strong analytical skills, structured problem‑solving approach, and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent English communication skills with the ability to interface directly with global stakeholders.
• Ability to operate with moderate supervision and take ownership of assigned tasks.
• The ideal candidate must be flexible and willing to work varying shifts between 2:30 PM and 5:30 AM.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with REST/OData services, Dual‑write integrations, and middleware technologies.
• Exposure to monitoring and telemetry tools such as LCS monitoring , Application Insights , Azure Monitor , and Power BI .
