Job summary

You will work with product, QA, DevOps, and architecture teams to ensure high code quality, CI/CD automation, and robust monitoring using Azure Monitor and Insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6–8 years of backend development experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
• Practical exposure to Azure AKS, API Management, and Key Vault.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and API security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Build API-first solutions using REST standards and OpenAPI specifications.
• Deploy, manage, and scale containerized apps on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Publish, secure, and manage APIs using Azure API Management (APIM).
• Integrate backend services with internal and external systems using synchronous and asynchronous patterns.

Job Description

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with Node.js andTypeScript for backend development.
• Experience designing and building microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Azure services, especially AKS, API Management, andKey Vault.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes concepts.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of API security best practices and OWASP guidelines.

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Experience with NextJS or similar Node.jsframeworks.
• Event-driven architectures using Azure Service Bus or Event Hubs.
• Knowledge of OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, or Grafana.
• Experience with performance tuning and scalability in cloud environments.
