Job summary

Atharv Consultants in Mandideep is seeking an Apprentice - Quality Control Microbiology to join our production team as a Junior Microbiologist.

You will perform microbiological tests such as Total Plate Count, Yeast and Moulds, Salmonella, E. coli and Coliforms, support documentation and SAP data entry, and help maintain records for daily QC activities. Fresher candidates or those with 1–2 years of experience in the field are welcome, with a B.Sc in Microbiology as UG requirement.

Qualifications

• Microbiology as major subject at UG level.
• UG: B.Sc in Microbiology.
• Fresher or 1–2 years of experience in microbiology QA/production.

Responsibilities

• Microbiological analysis: Total Plate Count, Yeast & Moulds, Salmonella, E. coli, Coliform.
• Help in document preparation, SAP work, record keeping.
