Job summary

DNEG, a leading visual effects and animation company, is seeking a motion graphics artist in Bengaluru. The role focuses on designing and animating 2D and 3D sequences, delivering high-quality visuals for film, television and multiplatform content.

You should bring a showreel demonstrating advanced work, expert skills in After Effects, Cinema 4D, Photoshop and Illustrator, and a sharp eye for typography, color and composition.

Qualifications

Job Requirements / Must Haves

We are looking for artists with a desire to push boundaries and influence the field of motion design. Ideally you would have:

• Showreel demonstrating advanced working knowledge of designing and animating 2D and 3D motion graphics.
• Highly proficient in After Effects, Cinema 4D, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong design skills with a good eye for detail, scale, composition, colour and form.
• A sound knowledge of typography and photography.
• Flexible attitude with the ability to think conceptually, technically and strategically.
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines, deadlines and design standards.

Additional Skills / Nice to Have

• Previous experience working in an animation pipeline.
• Experience using traditional 2d animation software such as Toon Boom Harmony or TV Paint
• Basic knowledge of Nuke, Houdini, Maya, Blender or Zbrush.
• Drawing skills and supporting artwork such as a portfolio.
• Illustration, installation, branding, print and packaging design.
• Familiar with high-end post production pipelines and MGFX project workflows.
