Adgion Technology Pvt Ltd. is seeking a confident Meta Ads & Google Ads Expert to manage campaigns and drive measurable business results for multiple clients from our New Town, Kolkata office.

You will lead end-to-end Meta and Google Ads campaigns, optimize budgets, and deliver strong ROI across 20–30 client accounts. A results-driven mindset and ability to manage several campaigns simultaneously are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Experience managing 20–30 client accounts/campaigns.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and lead generation.
• Proficient in campaign creation, optimization, and ROI tracking.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram).
• Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
• Handle campaigns for 20–30 clients.
• Generate quality leads, sales, conversions, and ROI.
• Plan advertising strategies based on client requirements.
• Monitor daily performance and optimize budgets.
• Conduct audience and keyword research; perform competitor analysis.
• Analyze data and improve ROI/ROAS.
• Prepare and share campaign performance reports.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams.
• Stay updated with Meta and Google Ads features.
