Job summary

NTT DATA seeks a Messaging Services Advisor to join the Noida team in India. The role provides steady-state support for email infrastructure, including on-call duties, escalations, and server maintenance. Expertise in Proofpoint and related security tools is required to safeguard email systems and compliance.

You will mentor peers, resolve complex issues, and participate in governance configurations across AvPoint and SEPPmail platforms to ensure reliable information management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Proofpoint Email security Solution.
• Expertise in Proofpoint email security administration and technical support.
• Strong understanding of Office 365 security and compliance requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

"Performs complex issue analysis and may perform SME role on accounts. Providing steady state support to the email infrastructure, handling on-call support responsibilities, handling escalations, critical issues, server maintenance activities, mentoring team members, and other day-to-day support operations. Expert on Email security solutions-Proofpoint for email security, Email Parser, Exchange online protection, and Defender for O365. Manage SEPPmail Secure Email Gateway platform configuration, upgrades, and integrations. Monitor system performance and ensure availability and reliability. Configure governance workflows, monitor usage, and enforce governance policies within AvPoint to maintain orderly information management"

Technical Skillset:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
