Job summary

Kapil Group in Hyderabad is seeking a training specialist to design and deliver programs on MongoDB, MERN, and web development for students.

You will mentor individuals, develop materials and assessments, and work with faculty to integrate tech learning into curricula. The role focuses on clear communication and hands-on teaching, suitable for candidates with 1–4 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in corporate training or teaching/mentoring roles related to software development technologies.
• Strong expertise in at least two of the following: MongoDB, MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React.js, Node.js), or web development using JavaScript frameworks like React.js or Node.js.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to convey complex technical concepts simply and effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
