Job Summary:

We are looking for a Backend-Strong Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience building scalable web applications and APIs using Node.js, NestJS, MongoDB, React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript.

The ideal candidate should have strong backend development skills along with the ability to work across frontend, database, API integrations, real-time features, authentication, and production deployments.

Job Description:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and REST APIs using Node.js and NestJS.
• Develop modular and maintainable backend architecture following NestJS best practices, dependency injection, guards, middleware, and reusable services.
• Build responsive and high-performance web applications using React.js and Next.js.
• Develop and integrate indoor navigation and wayfinding features, including map/location-based functionality and navigation APIs.
• Build backend functionality for user management, venue management, locations, navigation, bookings, packages, and administrative workflows.
• Design and optimize MongoDB schemas, queries, aggregation pipelines, indexes, and database operations for performance and scalability.
• Implement authentication and authorization, including JWT-based authentication, role-based access control (RBAC), permissions, and protected APIs.
• Develop real-time features and communication using WebSockets where required.
• Integrate and manage third-party APIs and services for navigation, notifications, authentication, AI/LLM capabilities, and other external services.
• Work with AWS services such as S3 and EC2 for file storage, application hosting, and production infrastructure.
• Implement secure file upload and management workflows using AWS S3.
• Develop and maintain admin panels and dashboards with role-based access and operational controls.
• Integrate applications with kiosk/device-management environments and external systems where required.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications across development, staging, and production environments.
• Write clean, reusable, testable, and well-documented code following established development standards.
• Participate in Git-based development, code reviews, branching strategies, deployments, and production support.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, product teams, and other stakeholders to deliver end-to-end product features.

Ideal Candidate :

• Strong backend development experience with NestJS and Node.js.
• Good understanding of scalable API and database architecture.
• Comfortable working across both backend and frontend using the MERN ecosystem.
• Experience integrating external APIs and building complex business workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Familiarity with production deployments, cloud infrastructure, and application monitoring.
• Ability to take ownership of features from requirement development testing deployment production support.
