Iris Software in Noida is seeking a Full stack Developer (MERN) with 4+ years of hands-on software development experience. You will design, build, and optimize scalable web applications using React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust REST APIs and maintainable UI components.

The role emphasizes modern JavaScript, state management with Redux, and unit testing with Jest or React Testing Library.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in software development.
• Strong expertise in React.js development.
• Extensive experience with JavaScript (ES6+).
• Strong development experience in Node.js.
• Hands-on experience working with MongoDB and Express.js.
• Experience implementing state management using Redux, Redux Thunk, Redux Saga.
• Strong understanding of HTML5 and CSS3.
• Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
• Hands-on experience in Unit Testing using Jest, React Testing Library or Enzyme.
• Good understanding of component lifecycle, hooks, and React architecture.
• Experience with Git and version control systems.
• GenAI tools usage and basic understanding is also Preferred.

Responsibilities
