About the Role:

Nuraltech is expanding its product engineering team! We’re on the lookout for a sharp and energetic MERN Stack Developer who not only writes solid code but also thinks in systems and leads with clarity. If you can decode business requirements, build efficient workflows, guide frontend implementation, and enforce development best practices, this role is made for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and build scalable web applications using the MERN Stack (Mongodb, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Lead and mentor React developers by guiding them on best practices, performance optimisation, and component structuring.
• Translate non-technical requirements into technical workflows, database models, and API specs.
• Drive clean, maintainable code through proper planning, code reviews, and consistent version control.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and product owners to define development plans, timelines, and monitor execution.
• Integrate applications with ERP modules and domain-specific workflows (e.g., sales, distribution, or after-sales service).
• Work in Agile teams using Scrum or Kanban, ensuring deliverables match business priorities.

Mandatory Skills:

• React.js: Strong grasp of hooks, context API, component lifecycle, and performance profiling.
• Node.js + Express.js: Ability to write clean APIs, middleware, and scalable backend logic.
• MongoDB: Knowledge of indexing, aggregation pipelines, and schema modelling.
• Git & GitHub: Comfortable with PR reviews, branching strategies, and CI flows.
• Logical & Architectural Thinking: Able to design and document technical solutions based on user flows or problem statements.
• Communication & Leadership: Confidence in coordinating with stakeholders and guiding teammates effectively.
• Excellent in Debugging and Backtracking: Can quickly trace bugs across stack layers and resolve issues efficiently.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to ERP modules, CRM, or service-based systems.
• Familiarity with Redux, React Query, Tailwind, or Next.js.
• Prior experience in domains like Sales, Distribution, or After Sales Service.
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or DevOps basics is a bonus.
