Qualifications

Overview

Associate / Associate Director - Cost Management at Linesight. You will lead diverse, passionate teams, nurture a strong social dynamic, and take real responsibility in your role, enabling career progression with industry leaders. You will also support business strategy and build enduring relationships with teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key account manager in the GCC team, developing client relationships based upon partnership and trust
• Use business development skills to engage new clients and repeat projects with existing clients
• Oversee key strategic client projects
• Apply cost management experience to achieve all project deliverables within contract performance measures
• Negotiate contract terms and commercial agreements with external clients and contractors
• Mentor and lead employees to foster high performance and growth
• Lead your team to deliver impeccable quality and client value

Qualifications

• Strong cost and stakeholder management experience in a dynamic environment
• Experience in pre- and post-contract cost management from a consultancy environment
• 8+ years’ experience in construction with previous cost management experience on complex, high tech projects
• Confidence to head up meetings with clients
• Degree in MEP and comparable experience in cost management or quantity surveying
• Ideally chartered and a member of the RICS
• Excellent communicator verbally and in writing
• Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and openness
