Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a memory-focused engineer to contribute to the development and optimization of memory/logic circuits. You will participate in parasitic modeling, tape-out revisions, and design validation across cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturability.

The role emphasizes interaction with Marketing, Assembly, Test, and Process Integration, with opportunities to leverage AI-based tools to enhance design efficiency and accelerate analysis in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or computer engineering with 1–2 years of memory-related experience (DDR5/LPDDR5/LPDDR6/HBM3).
• Preferred: Master’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are valued.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development of memory/logic/analog circuits and optimization.
• Oversee layout process including floor-planning, placement, and routing.
• Verify designs with modeling and simulation using industry standard tools.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Probe, Assembly, Test, Process Integration, and Product Engineering groups to ensure manufacturability.
• Leverage AI-based tools to improve design efficiency and analysis.
