As a Member of Technical Staff in the Storage Domain, you will play a critical role in designing, building, and optimizing high‑performance storage systems that power modern, large‑scale platforms. This is a hands‑on technical role for an experienced engineer who thrives in solving complex systems problems across software and storage layers. You will work on core components related to flash storage, data durability, performance, and scalability, collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver reliable, production‑grade solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance storage system components with a focus on performance, reliability, and scalability
• Build and optimize low‑level and high‑level modules using C++, Java, and Python
• Work extensively on flash storage technologies, including performance tuning, wear leveling, and reliability mechanisms
• Develop algorithms and data structures for storage efficiency, fault tolerance, and data integrity
• Analyze system bottlenecks and conduct root‑cause analysis for performance and stability issues
• Collaborate with architecture, platform, and infrastructure teams to define and implement storage solutions
• Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and technical discussions to uphold engineering excellence
• Ensure solutions meet production‑quality standards through rigorous testing, validation, and documentation
