Job summary

CryptoMize in Delhi is seeking a Medical Researcher to join our clinical research team. This full-time, permanent role requires immediate joining at our New Delhi HQ to support healthcare-sector engagements and credentialed researchers in delivering trial readouts and literature reviews that inform client positioning.

You will stand up evidence bases, appraise trials, and grade evidence while coordinating with analytics tools and repositories.

What you will actually do:

• Stand up the evidence base for each healthcare account: the systematic review protocol — question, databases, search strings, inclusion rules — written before the first search runs
• Appraise every trial that enters a deliverable: design, allocation concealment, endpoint choice, and the gap between what was measured and what was claimed
• Grade the assembled evidence and say so in writing — strong, moderate, weak — with the reason attached to every downgrade

Skills that matter: Systematic-review protocol design and execution, Critical trial appraisal, Evidence-grading frameworks applied with written reasons, Registry and conference surveillance for early results, Bias detection, Citation verification.

Tools you will use: PostgreSQL 15, Python 3.11, Metabase & Grafana, Git-based analysis repos with review discipline.
