Job summary

EverHope Oncology is expanding its medical oncology team in Delhi to deliver integrated cancer care close to home. We seek a compassionate Medical Oncologist to evaluate, diagnose, and manage diverse malignancies, developing individualized plans and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

You will administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and supportive care, monitor responses, and mentor junior colleagues in a patient-centered, research‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• MBBS with valid NMC/State registration.
• Fellowship or equivalent training in Medical Oncology (DNB/DM or similar).
• Experience with EMR systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with various malignancies.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on guidelines and patient needs.
• Administer and monitor chemotherapy, targeted therapy, immunotherapy, and supportive care.
• Conduct patient consultations, explain diagnoses, prognosis, and options.
• Coordinate care with surgeons, radiation oncologists, nutritionists, and other teams.
• Monitor response and adjust plans as needed.
• Manage treatment-related toxicities and complications.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Participate in tumor boards and clinical discussions.
• Support patient education and survivorship initiatives.
• Contribute to clinical research, audits, and protocol development.
• Mentor junior doctors and clinical staff as required.

Role Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and clinically driven Medical Oncologist to join our growing oncology team. The candidate will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and managing cancer patients while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based and patient-centric care.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with various malignancies.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical guidelines and patient requirements.
• Administer and monitor chemotherapy, targeted therapy, immunotherapy, and supportive care treatments.
• Conduct patient consultations and explain diagnosis, prognosis, treatment options, risks, and expected outcomes.
• Coordinate care with surgical oncologists, radiation oncologists, nutritionists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Monitor treatment response and modify treatment plans as required.
• Manage treatment-related toxicities and complications.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records.
• Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and clinical discussions.
• Support patient education initiatives and survivorship programs.
• Contribute to clinical research, audits, quality improvement projects, and protocol development.
• Mentor junior doctors, fellows, and clinical staff as required.

Required Qualifications

• MBBS from a recognized institution.
• DNB Medical Oncology / DM Medical Oncology OR
• Candidates currently pursuing or having completed a Fellowship in Medical Oncology after MBBS may also apply.
• Valid medical registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) or relevant State Medical Council.
