• Resolve 3‑hour enhancement queries and clear cases within 1 hour; manage cashless approval/denial and create queries with crystal‑clear remarks.

Experience – Fresher’s: 0–2 years (minimum).

Salary Offered – Rs. 16,000 to 18,000 per month (or as per company standard, depending on candidate's experience level).
