Job description

We are seeking an experienced Image Processing Lead with strong expertise in C++, Computer Vision, and Medical Imaging. The ideal candidate will lead a team of engineers to design, develop, and optimize advanced image processing algorithms for healthcare and diagnostic applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in image processing and computer vision development.
• Strong proficiency in C++ (including modern standards such as C++11/14/17).
• Hands‑on experience with medical imaging modalities (CT, MRI, Ultrasound) and related processing techniques.
• Solid understanding of image segmentation, registration, and enhancement algorithms.
• Familiarity with libraries and frameworks such as OpenCV, ITK, VTK, CUDA/OpenCL.
• Knowledge of medical imaging standards (DICOM, PACS) and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in performance optimization for large‑scale image data.
• Excellent problem‑solving, leadership, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to AI/Deep Learning techniques for medical image analysis (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with multi‑threaded programming and GPU acceleration.
• Background in healthcare domain and understanding of clinical workflows.
