• Analyze and interpret biological and biochemical datasets.
• Perform sequence analysis of DNA, RNA, and proteins.
• Use bioinformatics databases and tools for gene/protein annotation and analysis.
• Assist with molecular biology and biochemical laboratory experiments.
• Perform data visualization and statistical analysis.
• Maintain accurate experimental and computational records.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and research documentation.
• Conduct literature reviews and stay updated on relevant scientific developments.
• Collaborate with biologists, biochemists, bioinformaticians, and other research team members.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in Biochemistry, Bioinformatics, Biotechnology, Life Sciences , or a related field.
• Knowledge of molecular biology, genetics, protein biochemistry, and enzymology.
• Familiarity with tools/databases such as NCBI, BLAST, UniProt, PDB , and sequence-analysis software.
• Basic programming knowledge
• Understanding of statistics and biological data analysis.
• Laboratory skills such as protein purification, electrophoresis, PCR, or spectrophotometry are advantageous.
• Good scientific writing, communication, and problem-solving skills.
