Achievers Spot is seeking a Junior Bioinformatics Analyst in Chennai to analyze and interpret genomic datasets using standard bioinformatics tools and computational methods.

You will perform sequence analysis, genome annotation, variant and expression analyses, and develop pipelines using Python or R, with Linux scripting to automate workflows. You will collaborate with biologists and data scientists and maintain thorough documentation.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of molecular biology, genetics, genomics, and biological data analysis.
• Knowledge of Python and/or R; familiarity with Linux/Bash is an advantage.

Junior Bioinformatics Analyst- Analyze and interpret biological and genomic datasets using bioinformatics tools and computational methods.
