Job summary

XBP Global in Chennai is seeking a senior medical coder with 8-12 years of experience and certification in CPC/CIC/CCS. The role requires deep IP DRG knowledge and leadership to guide a team.

You will own assignments, mentor the team, and drive delivery standards. Immediate joiners preferred; on-site work in Chennai.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in medical coding.
• CPC / CIC / CCS or equivalent certification mandatory.
• Sound domain knowledge in IP DRG.
• Excellent English written & verbal communication skills.

• Own challenging people/project assignments independently and deliver fulfilment of work.
• Own full ownership/leadership responsibility for team development.
