Review Medical Records: Analyze patients medical documents to ensure all information is accurate and complete for coding.

• Assign Codes: Use appropriate coding systems such as ICD, CPT, and HCPCS to assign correct codes based on the patients' conditions and treatment.
• Ensure Compliance: Follow legal and regulatory guidelines to maintain coding accuracy and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
