Bizopp Management Consultants invites applications for a Medical Coding QA Lead Analyst position in Hyderabad/Chennai. The successful candidate will oversee QA for medical coding, ensure IPDRG compliance, and drive accuracy across ancillary and surgery coding streams.

The role requires hands-on coding expertise (Certified or Non-Certified) with SME experience, and a track record of leading coding QA initiatives. Performance-based incentives are offered.

Qualifications

• Certified or non-certified medical coder with IPDRG/QA/SME experience.
• Experience in ancillary coding or surgery coding is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA for medical coding processes and guidelines.
• Coordinate with teams in Hyderabad and Chennai to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Mentor junior coders and drive process improvements in IPDRG coding workflows.
