You will review records, identify trends and risks, and provide actionable recommendations for quality improvement.

You will document findings with clear narratives to support AI model training and participate in discussions on complex coding cases to ensure meticulous audit reviews.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in medical coding, outpatient professional fee coding and auditing.
• Direct experience auditing at academic medical centers.
• History of high accuracy in coding and audit reviews.
• Deep understanding of coding guidelines, compliance and audit methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
